Josh Simonton

Josh Simonton is a founding member of Alliance and serves as a Managing Director. Josh also serves as the Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, he is responsible for implementation of Alliance’s strategic direction and management of day-to-day company operations.

Josh has a successful track record in real estate investment and development. He has participated in acquisition, brokering, entitling and developing several residential subdivisions. He is the owner, founder and manager of numerous successful real estate investment and development companies and has nearly a decade of experience in the Arizona land market.
