Josh was an amazing realtor. He was very patient and listened to our wants and needs to help us find our dream home. As a first time home buyer Josh made the entire experience run incredibly smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially in todays crazy market. Josh is approachable, reliable and dependable, he had great advice to offer someone who was new to the housing market. Josh was an amazing real estate agent! Very active in sending homes that interested us. With every property that he walked through with us, he treated each one like it was something he was investing in as well, which showed that he really cared about his clients. We really enjoyed Josh’s honesty on walk throughs of so many different homes. He didn't care about the sell — he cared about us finding our first home that best suited us. We had a lot of laughs and that’s what you need in a real estate agent. Definitely recommend him to find your next future home and selling your current.

Josh and Maureen were an absolute pleasure to work with! They made both processes of selling and buying nearly effortless. Josh made himself available day and night to help us and answer any questions we had. Maureen showed us a property when Josh was unavailable, and it was a seamless transition. Both Josh and Maureen went above and beyond the call of duty to take as much stress off our shoulders as possible. Josh even helped us carry our washer and dryer into our new home when I could not find help on short notice. Definitely not his job description, but he was more than happy to offer and help. 10/10 I would recommend both Josh and Maureen Stumpf as your agents if you are buying and/or selling.

Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with and was there for us every step of the way. He was always available to hop on a call to chat any time of day and took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. He was even there for us after the sale to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. By the end, it felt like he was part of the family.

Josh is very knowledgeable of the house buying process and puts the needs of the house buyer before his own. He informed us of potential long term problems of some properties we like, possibly saving us thousands of dollars in repairs.
Plus he has a very likable demeanor that made the house buying process a pleasure.
