Josh Swaney

Josh started in real estate in August of 2006 and has always been with Coldwell Banker Vaughan as a professional full time Realtor. He works with all types of buyers and sellers and enjoys the different challenges of each. He works primarily in Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, City of Richmond, and Powhatan. Josh is well-respected in Richmond Real Estate, not only for his unparalleled professional track record and high ethical standards but for being an honest, hard-working family man who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients' success.

Josh is an avid disc golfer and active member of the River City Disc Golf Club. He has been working with Henrico County to grow the sport by redesigning Dorey Park and exploring new options within the county parks. He is usually one of the top producers within Coldwell Banker where he has received the International Diamond Society award.
