Born and raised Celeste, TX, a town of only 800 people, Josh moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University and pursue a passion for music. 2012, he was a top 20 male finalist on American Idol. His interest in real estate started when he learned that Olympic medalist Alex Naddour is also a real estate agent. It was not long before Josh became certain that helping people purchase and sell their homes was more than a desire, he was going to make it happen.
