Josh just helped me buy my dream house. He and I talked a lot and he understood just what I was looking for. He showed me several nice homes, but when it came to this one... he said "you're REALLY going to want to see this one!" Talk about SPOT ON!!! He was so helpful thru the whole process; always quick to answer calls and texts and what probably seemed like endless questions from me. And he definitely knows his numbers when it comes to negotiation. TRUST HIM! Also working in his favor is his construction background. Josh is definitely working to get you the best deal for your new home. I highly recommend him!

Josh was very responsive in this low inventory market. We were able to hit strings of houses on my lunch break. He was very professional, on time, well prepared, and has experience working on houses, which was helpful when looking for possible repairs and issues.

He stayed on top of things during the buying process and that helped me as a first time buyer. In a rising rate environment, speed and communication matters even more. Everything from getting comparables for a proper offer, to reminding me of documents that needed signed and payments that need made helped me close quickly.
