The process of selling our home is new to both my wife and I, Joshua, literality held our hands through the entire process of selling our home of 9 years. Although there were some challenges we faced, he was very patient with us and explained what we should expect, which helped take the edge off. Not only did he help with selling our home, he also helped with finding another place for us to lease. He went above and beyond our expectation by driving to (3) potential townhouses on our behave, he recorded a virtual video of each townhouse so we could see and decide on a place. He also helped us with moving. Not sure if that was in his job description but we appreciated it regardless.

Overall, I would highly recommend Joshua to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home, "he will get the job done". Thank you for all your help and for making our experience memorable.

Joshua was wonderful to work with! As out of towners his knowledge of the city was very helpful and his willingness to go out of his way made our property purchase as easy as could be. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for property in Chicago.
