Josh did an amazing job in both helping us find our dream home and selling our first home! He was incredibly timely and professional, answering all of our questions along the way and working around our crazy schedules. He helped us negotiate to get under contract under asking price and sold our house in just 3 days over asking!

Joshua helped me find my first home with everything I was looking for and in my price range. With the market being tough for buyers he gave good suggestions on what I should offer on the home and how to make my offer stand out.
