Joshua Dehoet

Greetings, I’m Josh with Florida Executive Realty. I am originally from a small town in Iowa. I am a Disabled Veteran who served over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. I retired from the Air Force while serving at MacDill AFB as a Master Sergeant. During my 20 years, I traveled the world and saw many beautiful things. My highlight was meeting my wife, Tanya, while we were both serving in the military she is also an Air Force Veteran of 20+ years. We have two wonderful daughters, who are 21 and 12 years old. After the military, I found myself searching for a new way to help others, and that’s where I found Real Estate.

The one aspect I missed the most about the military was meeting and helping people. And after falling in love with the Tampa Bay area, I knew I could put my skills to work in the great real estate business. Team building was essential to my success in the military, and it has been equally important to my success in real estate. I have built a team around me that is focused on protecting our clients and providing results. From my frequent moves as a military member, I fundamentally understand the process and unique challenges of buying and selling property.
