It was an amazing experience working with Josh. We were first-time home buyers and had so many questions and so much learning to do. Josh is very professional throughout the home buying process. As first time home buyers, we were going into the market with a bit of uncertainty as to what we should look for and at. Josh was able to schedule walkthrough home tours with us on our schedule and even made some last minute schedule changes on a few of them. He helped advise us in a competitive offer for a home that we loved and was great through the entire process to closing and beyond.
