Joshua Fitch

Josh's family moved to Prescott 30 years ago, where he attended Mile High Middle School and Prescott High School. It was in high school that he met his future wife, Samantha. They are both Northern Arizona University alumni, and aside from teaching in Spain (yo hablo español) and Turkey for 4 years, they have always called the Prescott area home. Now that they are parents, they are happy to be raising their three beautiful children in the wholesome environment provided by everybody's hometown.

As a Realtor, Josh works exclusively with buyers, sharing his extensive knowledge of the area with his clients, many of whom are new to town. He genuinely enjoys getting to know about his clients' diverse backgrounds and helping them navigate the purchase process. As a member of The Hyland Group, Josh has helped more buyers find their dream home than any other agent in Prescott for the last several years. Through the purchase process, his clients have become friends and he strives to treat them accordingly. In turn they know that he is genuine, honest, and hard working.
