After his wife, Brooke Herron, immersed herself in real estate, Josh was immediately drawn to the business of helping others with their dream and assisted her with daily tasks. Once the time was right, he decided to join forces by teaming up with her and signed on with The E4Realty Team with Pearson Smith Realty.

Growing up in Palm Beach County, Florida, Josh became quite accomplished on the golf course and received a full scholarship to the University of Central Florida to join their Division l Men’s Golf Team. You can still catch him teeing it up at Top Golf Loudoun. They say if you want to know if someone is honest, play a game of golf with them. Josh is always ready to make that happen!
