Joshua Moen

Josh Moen is a Realtor in his third year as a residential real estate broker, serving the greater Puget Sound area. He specializes in consulting with home buyer and seller clients through the real estate decision making process, to ensure the most favorable outcomes. Also, Josh is certified through Home Advantage as a Home Buyer educator for clients utilizing down payment assistance. He was born in Renton, WA and raised in the greater Tacoma area. His education includes graduation stops at Curtis High School, Washington State University (B.A. Business Administration) and Saint Martin's University (Master's in Education). Josh has been active in his local community for over 13 years, as a high school football and track & field coach and currently volunteers as a strength and conditioning coach for Bellarmine Preparatory School in Tacoma, WA. He also serves as a member of the Washington Army National Guard. Lastly, Josh is married to the former Juliana Candelaria and has three children, Jaycee, Jayne, and Judah.
