Josh Nelson is a great realtor. He made my first time home buying process very easy for me, and I knew everything that was going on with the home buying process. He was flexible with my time and always responded to any questions I had or houses I wanted to look at and see. Josh also would point out any issues with a house that would need fixed or any issues with the surrounding houses/residents. 10/10 would recommend to others. He also is great at photography and captures the beauty of a house on the inside and out.
