Joshua Robinson The Creative Realty has always had a passion for real estate. The journey for Josh started back in high school. His interest in real estate came from observing in favorable practices done to a family member. It was then that he decided that by entering into real estate he could stop this from happening to not only his family, but to anyone else he came into contact with. He sought out a mentor as part of a school assignment. Tony Olmi, his mentor was able to show him many things after school at GAAR and in the community. Mr. Olmi possessed so many great admirable qualities like compassion, empathy, high level competence and a man that kept his word. Initially Josh had a plan to go to college and get a degree in Business and then get his real estate license. Life had other plans for Josh. Because Josh still had a heart for real estate, he found a job in the apartment industry doing property management. Although he loved the industry and his jobs he still couldn't shake the desire to grow beyond his leasing position. In 2017 while working he decided to start taking classes for his real estate license. Josh didn't get his license on his first couple of attempts at the real estate test. In fact he failed twice in 2017 and got discouraged. In 2020 he had a vision for a business that led him back to not only advance himself for his career, but back to his dream of being a Realtor. Almost 4 years to the date of his last test Josh took the licensing test and failed once more. The scores were actually better this time, he just needed a little fine tuning. So after studying once more, he took the test again 6 days later and got the result he had always wanted, a passed. Joshua Robinson The Creative Realty with Exp Realty has a never give up mentality.
