Wow Joshua A. Slepak made the buying of our condo a breeze! His constant professionalism and attention to detail has made him the best Agent we have ever worked with. Joshua is very personable and more than willing to walk us through any questions we may have. Joshua has been open and transparent and super reliable throughout the entire process. He has shown that he genuinely cares about us and understands our needs. Working with Joshua is like having a friend that will never leaving hanging and always has your best interest.

We are beginner investors from California and buying in another state you know nothing about can be very unsettling, stressful, and nerve racking however Joshua has been there step by step. He is an exceptional negotiator with a very personalized touch. We may have started out as agent and clients but we have quickly became friends. We would highly recommend Joshua to anyone buying or selling their property. To be honest we would love to keep
Him as our hidden gem but he needs to shine bright for the STAR he is!

Josh was so wonderful! He was patient and responsive during our first home buying adventure. We didn’t quite know what we wanted. We just knew we wanted a home. Josh helped us explore just about every possible option. We pivoted from town-homes to new builds to historic districts. He always went with the flow and was always professional in his guidance. When we finally found our home, he guided us through the process and ensured it went smoothly. AAA+ would buy again

Josh was our realtor for my first buying house. He is an excellent realtor; very courteous and patient; he even is willing to go the extra miles to help us deal with the seller/broker, as well as help us find the house we both really like; and find ways we can get our money’s worth. He is very detail oriented, in looking or finding what needs to be improved, or can be improved, and he even dealt with the broker/seller for those improvements, so we don’t have to deal with the broker/seller. He gave us pointers and helped guide us through the whole process, so ours went really fast and smooth. I would highly recommend him as an excellent realtor who has our (buyer’s) best interests in his mind.

Working with Josh was such a wonderful experience. I had a lot of questions and anxiety going into my first home purchase, luckily Josh answers all my questions and I felt like I was in good hands through the entire experience. Josh worked his butt off to find me exactly what I was looking for in a home. I could not be more satisfied as I write this sitting in my new home. Would give 6 stars if possible.

If I could give a 6 star review I definitely would!! Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with and offered possibly the greatest customer service I have ever received in my life. Going in on purchasing your first property can be frustrating, challenging, and even frightening at times especially when your not too familiar with all of the important processes that need to be followed. Josh made me feel extremely confident, comfortable, and most importantly supported from the moment I first spoke with him. His honesty, level of expertise, dedicated work ethic, and overall attitude was beyond impressive. I would HIGHLY recommend to give him a chance whenever purchasing a home. Down the road I will always turn to Mr. Slepak for any future real estate opportunities. Thank you Josh for helping me with my first home purchase!! I couldn't be happier!!
