When the sale of our home fell through, I was devastated because we had already moved to another state. I, originally, did not want to use a real estate agent, but I also didn't want to make another trip to California. Josh Smith became our agent and managed all the problems I was encountering and got my asking price. His communication was always prompt and he would explain things very clearly. His positive attitude and support gave me peace of mind. I will admit I like to manage and be in control, but I will never regret choosing Josh Smith to handle the sale of my home. He went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. The way he works for clients is outstanding!

Joshua Smith helped us sell our home in La Mesa. He did an amazing job for us and was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional and really worked to get us the most amount of money for our home.

Not only did he succeed in hitting our goal figure, he went above and beyond his job criteria to provide us with resources and information. He even facilitated and scheduled serveral home repairs that needed to be done when we were living out of state.

Super Nice guy, hard worker, and excellent communicator. Glad to have had him on our team!
