Joshua Stayton

Joshua Stayton is a principal of Systematic and co-manages the firm’s operations, with a focus on investor relations and fund administration. Over the past decade, Josh has acquired extensive experience in the analysis, structure, and execution of alternative investments. During that time, he raised and deployed capital in excess of $70 million and gained a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of privately funded alternative investments. Since 2015, Josh has successfully developed and operated a real estate investment firm, specializing in the purchase, renovation, and sale of residential properties in the Dallas area. Through those operations, he achieved substantial project returns for his firm and its equity partners. Josh obtained his bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Texas at Dallas. He is a CFA Charter holder and Realtor licensed in the state of Texas.
