About Joshua

Josh first earned his license in 2005. Shortly later, he found himself in the short sale market during the Great Recession. His initial years in real estate were a trial by fire, which has shaped his career. Today, 60-70 percent of his clients are investors. His investors work with a wide range of properties, including residential and commercial (primarily retail and hospitality). Josh is also a licensed property manager and licensed business broker to provide complete services to his investor clients.

Throughout his career, Josh has always looked for opportunities for learning and expansion. He himself is a real estate investor and understands the ups and downs of the investing process from a client perspective. Additionally, he brings a technical background to work. Previously, he owned a drafting company with its own in-house programming. His experience helps him to be very comfortable with emerging real estate technology. As a numbers guy, Josh feels he gravitates toward doing business with investors. He enjoys working among the calculations of investment real estate.

Recently, Josh knew it was time for a change. He looked for a new brokerage where he could learn and grow. Several of his previous colleagues at Chase International, including his former manager Eric Crosby, have recently joined Gold Nation. He has observed their careers grow since joining. He is already familiar with many Gold Nation agents and wanted to be able to continue to learn from them. After discussing the plentiful advantages of joining Gold Nation with Eric, Josh decided to join.

With Gold Nation, Josh looks forward to the knowledge and experience he will gain to grow his business.
