Joshua helped my wife and I find a great townhouse to rent. We are moving from Minnesota to Northern Virginia and the process was overwhelming. Joshua was exceptionally helpful from the first phone call we had. It was clear that he knew the market and the location and gave me his recommendations on where to live based on my family's needs and the location of my work. Joshua was always responsive and could be reached very easily, and this made it a joy to work with him. He was also an expert in the process, and once we selected a place to rent, he was adept at making sure everything was in motion and everything went very smooth. He was very detail oriented and he made an overwhelming process very smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend using him for all your real estate needs!

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Joshua! He found us several great rental options within a few days. He was also very responsive whenever we contacted him with questions. Because of his dedication, we were able to find the perfect place and sign a lease within a week! I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
