Josiah Hyatt is the Founder, Principal Broker, and vision behind Skyward. With over a decade and a half of experience in real estate as an agent, investor, and business owner, he has an intimate understanding of the market from many angles. His tireless work ethic and knack for team building have allowed him to lay the foundations over the past 8 years of what has now become Skyward. Josiah has been team oriented and driven from a young age. When most of his peers were taking on debt to go to college, Josiah decided to hit the ground running and dove into real estate.He invested all of his earnings and founded his first company at the age of 20, and his second at 22. Wishing to expand his horizons and leave his hometown, Josiah was accepted to Columbia University at the age of 26. He uprooted, moved to Manhattan, and started building a new career in real estate from the ground up. Eight years later, after having worked for several Manhattan based brokerages and building a star-studded team, Josiah is growing, leading, and innovating once again. The same insight that allowed him to found three companies and find unique investment opportunities has led him to see numerous areas where even the biggest firms have failed to adapt. Through a cloud based, tech driven model, Skyward is leading the push to drive down costs and provide a more seamless experience for customers, agents, and owners alike. With an endless curiosity, Josiah loves traveling, reading, and once or twice a year you may even catch him relaxing in a hammock. He’s a sailor, a golfer, and a trusted mentor to innumerable coworkers and friends. His easy-going, honest demeanor are what have attracted some of New York City’s premier real estate agents, an ever-growing client base, and exclusive listings all over New York City.
