Highly recommend especially for new buyers as Josiah was very easy to get in contact with regarding my questions throughout the whole house buying process and he is beyond patient . He was not pushy about what I should look for but was knowledgeable and understood my preferences. We chose Josiah to be our realtor, because he is reliable, trust-worthy, and an effective communicator. The whole process took longer than expected, mostly due to Covid related hang ups, but Josiah was there every step of the way reassuring and supporting me when it was hard to understand what exactly was happening. Me, being a first-time homebuyer, I needed a lot of extra help and guidance in finding a home that was the right fit, and Josiah was really invested in every aspect, from looking at properties to having the keys in hand. He reached out at multiple points just to check-in, even when there weren't specific updates. Josiah has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend him to those who are interested in purchasing a home, anywhere in the Eugene area (or in my case, even in Portland!). Josiah was very professional and patient with me during the house buying process. I was pretty crazy trying to find the perfect house for my family and he made it clear he wasn’t going to settle for anything that I wasn’t in love with. So that meant him making extra trips and scheduling things to make us happy when in retrospect it didn’t make much sense. Not going to find a better real estate agent that has your best interests in mind. I’ll always go with Jo!
