Josiah is the best hands down!! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had so many questions about the process and Josiah made sure we understood every part of it. We always heard about how overwhelming it can be to buy a home and not once did we feel that. From the start he asked what exactly we were looking for and immediately sent us over some homes based on our needs. He made everything feel so easy and took care of it all. He was very reachable and always answered our phone calls and texts no matter the day or time. We are very grateful for him and all he did. We are now living in our brand new home and couldn’t be happier!

We met Josiah when he showed us one of his properties. We instantly liked him and made the decision to use him as our agent in our search for the perfect condo.
