Josie DeRiggi

Josie is very excited about real estate; it is her passion. She has consistently been a Top Producer in her office for over 19 years. Her credits include ABR Accredited Buyer Representative designation, a CRS Certified Residential Specialist, staging certification, Certified Relocation for buyers and sellers, and Negotiating Designation. When not working with Buyers and Sellers, Josie spends time with her husband and partner in real estate, Jim Guenther, and 5 young men that they are very proud of. She loves to volunteer helping people. She was site coordinator for PADS at Trinity Episcopal Church Wheaton for 5 years. She also co-chaired 2 Charitable Events at Arrowhead Golf Club that was a huge success. Josie loves to golf and ride her bike, walk in her wonderful neighborhood, and when Josie’s feet hit the ground in the morning, she is up and running.
