In 2019, Josie Kamansky was extremely helpful when my fiance (now my husband ) and I were looking for our current home. She was patient, knowledgeable and very cooperative with our search. We had a couple of specifics that made finding our home a little challenging but Josie stood by us every step of the way. During the pandemic, Josie checked on us and reached out with sweet treats. We invited her to our wedding in 2021 as she has become a friend. We will definitely enlist Josie's services when we begin the search for our forever home in the near future. I would recommend Josie for all of your realtor needs.

Josie is truly a rare gem in this industry. Josie cared about making a connection with my husband and I, listening to our needs and expectations for finding a home. I trusted Josie with helping us find a good school system for our little one and she delivered on it and much more. Josie is intelligent and educated on every aspect of buying a home. I had NO idea what to expect or do, but Josie walked us through every step. Josie takes the time to explain the process with patience, grace, and respect- even on the 10th time of me asking her to explain it. Josie shares the true excitement of you finding your home and making the process easy as possible and making sure every I is dotted and T is crossed. She has a great network of people she recommends for the process- lawyers, inspectors, and brokers. Her network of people reflect her honesty, kindness, and knowledge. She is prompt with her responses in any form of communication. She is punctual and organized with appointments/ meetings. Once everything for your home is complete she checks in and is always available for you after the process as well- no matter how much time passes by. She is not a realtor to leave you once they get paid. Josie cares about her clients like family and you can feel her genuine nature reflected in her work and personality. I could not recommend Josie enough for helping you find your next home or selling your home.
