Josie Lin

The agency owner and broker: Ms. Josie Lin (Lin ChengChing) was an international student from Taiwan, she came to the United States in 1992. She holds a master’s degree in management from Penn State University. Josie is hardworking and extremely eager to learn. She won two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018 as a top ten broker in Texas and as the top Commercial Real Estate Producer in Houston area at well recognize Real Estate brand. She was also the first Asian top commercial producer to work for her former brokerage brand. At the end of 2021 started UMRE Group, which is a professional real estate group in Houston, Texas. Josie herself is a model for the realization of the American dream. Through her own struggle, she has more influence on the multicultural community, and hopes to help more immigrants adapt and connect with American professional rules, so that their “American dream” becomes true!
