I cannot say enough good things about Joslyn. You need her as your realtor! From our very first phone call with her, we knew she would be able to find our home. She spent an entire weekend with us touring more than 12 houses in different areas in Hampton Roads. She is an expert on the area. Joslyn is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and always available to answer any questions. My husband and I were a little picky about the features we wanted in our home, and she found a home that checked all of our boxes! We moved from a different state, and she would check in on the status and send video updates of our new build. I would recommend her to anyone, and will definitely use her again for a future home.

Hands down, Joslyn is the BEST in the business. We've worked with several other realtors over the years who made us feel alone in the process. Joslyn is just the opposite. She takes pride in what she does and truly goes beyond the call of duty to serve her clients and make things happen! She guided us step by step through the process of both buying and selling, and when hiccups arose, as they do, she handled each with grace and helped us find the best solutions as quickly as possible. I can't imagine going through the process with anyone else.

If you are looking for someone who truly cares about you, your family, and your home buying experience look no further As Joslyn will exceed any and all expectations. She is Kind, attentive, and even volunteers her off time in order to de stress your experience. For example: on Closing day we had our signing and appliance delivery scheduled at the same time. Joslyn with out question Jumped into Volunteer to meet the delivery at our New Home. We moved across the country, from Coast to Coast and Joslyn made our Military Move/Home Purchase a breeze! She is Meticulous and her home buying packet and supporting realty team will answer any and all questions. We are fortunate to have found her and she treated us as if we were Family!!

I can’t thank Joslyn enough for everything she did to help me during the home buying process. I was a little nervous (not with her) as I was purchasing from out of state during COVID, and unable to view the properties in person. Joslyn was extremely communicative during each home showing, and captured all the critical details. She recorded every home visit, and was incredibly thorough and honest when describing the home. Lastly, Joslyn was extremely responsive when new homes were listed on the market, and in the end helped me find my new home. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. From beginning to end, Joslyn was awesome. If you’re in the market to purchase a property, look no further.
