Superb realtor. My wife and I worked with Josue during the unprecedented pandemic housing market, which was quite a rollercoaster ride. Josue was consistently responsive, knowledgeable of the Maryland housing market, and patient with us during the entire process. We used Josue as our realtor twice- once to buy and once to sell. Both times were great. He was very responsive to texts and emails and wanted to make everything as easy as possible for us. In the past, as sellers, we had to do a lot of the steps ourselves; this time Josue did the majority of the work, was very knowledgable about the market in the area and worked well with the other realtors. He also got us the best deal possible and we got an offer on our house the first weekend.

I had a great experience finding an apartment, thanks to Josue. Josue was responsive to my numerous questions about the apartment and lease. He was respectful and cordial throughout the entire process. The quality of the apartment is great! It has all new appliances and quality finishes. My apartment mate and I decided to get this rental and I am so happy we did. I've been in my new apartment less than a week and it already feels like home.

Therefore, we did not hesitate to ask Josue Pinto to be our agent not only because we were impressed by how knowledable he is of the real state field, but also because he is a man of integrity.
