My in-laws were amazed at how amazing it was to finally find someone who is dedicated and works hard! Jovanta provided my in-laws a positive experience and great customer service and went above and beyond to help them sell their home. Not only was he able to help my in-laws put their home on the market after the previous realtor did nothing nor showed any interest in selling there home. After Jovanta listed the home it was under contract in two weeks. Jovanta is really good with communication. I cannot wait to buy my home next with him being our realtor!!!!

Jovanta is the definition of above and beyond service. He was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the buying process. He always shared his honest opinions even if that meant he would have to drive further out for showings or spend another week out on the market with me. He genuinely cared about finding the right property for my daughter and I, and in the end was able to negotiate an amazing deal including a substantial amount of closing cost assistance from the seller. If you're looking for a dedicated agent, he is your man!

I listed and purchased my home in Reston, Virginia through Jovanta. It was a pleasure working with him. He is always there for you anytime of the day. Trust me, I called him at midnight and he was still there to answer my call. Very professional, patient, and friendly to work with. No matter how long it takes or how many tours we had to do in a day, he is never pushy and very understanding. He listed my house and got it sold even before the open house for 20K over asking. Jovanta listed my home for sale in Warrenton and was amazing throughout the whole process! He answered all of my questions whenever I had one and was very informative throughout the whole process. He marketed my home very nicely and got a great turn out at the open house. Any issues that arose throughout the process he handled quickly and was sure to communicate them with me thoroughly. Jovanta was an over amazing Realtor. This being our first home he was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide us with information about the process. From the first day he made sure we were informed and went out of his way to take care of us. If you are looking for a down to earth person who is going to fight to get you a home this is your man! He knew the market and you could tell he loved his job and people. Whatever the hour or day of the week, he was always available. A couple times we called him at the gym and he stopped just to answer our questions. An amazing person, an even more amazing realtor. Even after the process of buying our home was done, he was concerned about how we felt about the home and if we were having issues. This man truly showed he cared about us and we our decision. He was so good that my mother, living in New Jersey, came to me and told me she was jealous of me buying a home. She then told me she decided to do the same. But after about a week her realtor quit! So I reached out to Jovanta and he personally called my mother. Made her feel good and got her in contact with a realtor in her area who she is 100% more confident in then her last one. Again Jovanta is someone I’d trust to be my personal realtor like a banker. Just because he goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable.

Thank you so much for all your help and time. Jovanta was very helpful in our process to find a home. We moved long ways from our old location and he never had a problem driving out to our new location. He actually drove to the new home more than we did due to inspector and contractors going to look at the property. He answered all of our questions at whatever time we texted or called. Never hesitated to give us his personal and professional opinion. He made us feel like we’ve known him our whole lives. I’d definitely recommend him. Keep up the good work.
