Joy is truly exceptional. We met Joy at an Open House. My family was moving from another state and didn’t know anything about the area. We had met with several realtors but had not decided on who we would choose as no one seem to take interest in us. We took Joys card and both my husband, and I agreed Joy’s the one we want to work with us. We call made an appointment with Joy and was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the area and market.
Joy was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. Joy kept us updated on available homes that fit our needs, budget and timeline. We purchased a newly constructed house, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. Joy told us that going in and highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure the progress was being made.

Joy did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city & county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The information was straightforward. Joy treated the situation like she was purchasing the property for herself – she looked out for us and had our best interest in mind.
Thanks to Joy we move in within our timeline (which was short).
We are so happy with our new home and thankful to Joy for all her hard work.
We would make the same choice again. We highly recommend Joy Fields as your #1 realtor.

Normally, I’m very cynical about realtors and the entire real estate industry! But Joy is the exception, she’s friendly, honest, knowledgable and will greatly lower the stress level when buying or selling your home! A pleasure to work with, good person, highly recommended!
