Joy Hallman

I was born and raised in Lincolnton, NC. However, I know this beautiful community extremely well. I have been vacationing on Oak Island since I was a small child and have seen the many changes the island and Southport have made to become the beautiful oasis it is today.

My husband Kevin and I have been in the construction business for over 24 years. This experience allows me to bring a knowledge of home construction to clients that most agents don’t have. We had a strong following in our community. Our reputation for honesty & integrity is something we have worked hard for and strive to maintain. Working as a Realtor has allowed me to bring this education directly to my clients. Whether you are buying or selling a home, having a strong working knowledge of home construction and possible issues is vital. My desire is to be your guide, liaison, and confidant while servicing your real estate needs.

The reason I work so hard is my family. Kevin and I have two children, both young adults. When we have time off, we love to travel. Most of our extended family is local, so family get-togethers are a priority. I look forward to getting to know you and your family.
