For us, Ms. Hurley combined the right blend of professional expertise and easy going demeanor. She provided valuable incite to the current housing market and right-on suggestions for improvement to the property. She seamlessly coordinated marketing efforts (photos, video tour, signage and fliers) and communication with First American Title. Lastly, she went out of her way to help us maintain the property during marketing and the pending sale. All in all, we were very happy with her service as a Coldwell Banker Real estate agent and as a very personable representative of the Coldwell Professional Group.

I recently purchased a small home in Yamhill using Joy Hurley as my real estate agent. The one thing that impressed me most about Joy is that she was on top of every detail as though this was a million dollar transaction. She was there for all of the inspections and worked with the City to resolve some utility issues. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was a huge plus for me. I really appreciated her timely responses to calls and emails. I highly recommend Joy and will use her again.
