Joy Miller

After several years working in sales and training with an international direct sales corporation, Joy started her real estate career in 1987 and was a top producer for 18 years with a nationally recognized real estate firm. In 2005, she opened the Koala Realty office. Since then, Joy has had the opportunity to help hundreds of people with their real estate needs. She proud to say that many of her clients have come back for second and third transactions. Joy takes that as the best compliment a realtor can receive!

Joy was born of Greek American heritage in Lowell, MA. Montreal, Canada, was her home for about 25 years. She went to Marianopolis College there and met her husband Bryan, and had two children, Sean, and Lindsay. They have lived in the Davie/Cooper City area since 1983 and have enjoyed living in our Ivanhoe home for most of that time. Her children met and married their spouses here, and very graciously gave her five beautiful grandchildren: Zaya, Olivia, Lincoln, Vance, & Mya.
