About Joy

She has focused for 20+ years on the Littleton and the surrounding area real estate market, working with residential and land buyers. With her years of knowledge of the area, she is able to assist customers locating here and she has a strong focus to assist First Time Home Buyers. She has held a number of positions with the local Realtor boards, both the North Country Board of Realtors and the Lakes Region Board, where she is a Past-President. In 2009, she was chosen as the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, "Realtor of the Year". She holds a license in both New Hampshire and Vermont, to better serve her clients and customers on both sides of the river. She has four children, and many grandchildren, who all like to return home to play in the North Country. Her outdoor activities include fly-fishing (a new sport for her!) and snowshoeing which gets her outside into the lovely area where she lives.
