Joy Welch

It was a natural outgrowth of buying & selling fixer-uppers & developing &

selling speculative homes (over twenty properties) that brought Joy into the

Real Estate profession. She has extensive experience in planning &

development as well as direct knowledge of the building process. Joy has

held her Real Estate license since 1986, and specializes in residential

sales on the Monterey Peninsula. She has worked closely with the city of

Pacific Grove to amend a subdivision ordinance resulting in a minor

subdivision lot split. Joy and her husband Geoff were awarded the Heritage

House award for excellence in Victorian renovation and received the Heritage

Design award in Pacific Grove in 1992 for best new construction for a

personal residence.
