Joya Kaye Hoffard has high standards when it comes to serving the Brevard community, whether working with buyers or sellers. She has a strong work ethic and dedication to going above and beyond what is expected.

Joya believes that if you do something you love and are passionate about, it isn't actually a job. She enjoys waking up each day to new opportunities and the chance to meet new people. Her biggest motivation is the excitement and happiness of making her clients' dreams come true.
Joya, and her sidekick Frasier Crane, love all of the activities in the area from sports to music and the arts, restaurants, boating and beach-combing.

Joya attributes the success of her mediation and negotiation skills to her years of marketing and sales experience. "I love the art of the deal and always have," she says.

Joya also believes that everyone leaves footprints in your life, no matter how much time you spend together. She enjoys learning the stories of the amazing individuals she works with and explains, "I want to create lasting relationships for life and leave my footprints and impressions in others' lives, maybe even change someone's life."
