With a strong foundation in customer service and a keen eye for detail and interior design, Joyce brings unparalleled professionalism and enthusiasm to the real estate industry. Passionate about helping clients find their perfect homes, Joyce leverages years of experience in personalized client care to make every step of the buying or selling journey smooth and enjoyable.

Outside of work, Joyce channels discipline and focus, honed as a 3rd degree black belt in karate (undefeated Scottish champion) into every endeavor. A former personal trainer and also undefeated Scottish champion bodybuilder, she now stays active through fitness, skiing, walking her much loved dog and exploring great reads, ensuring a well-rounded approach to life and work.

Transplants from Scotland and England, Joyce and her husband Mark were finally able to realize a dream by moving full-time to Big Bear, after spending many years living in San Diego and travelling up on the weekends. They love the sense of community here and are excited to work together in a professional capacity and enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer!
