When my wife and I started to think about looking for houses we reached out to Joyce because we had no idea where to start. She sat down with us one evening and explained every detail of the process in buying a house and answered all of our questions. We were very excited about this next step in our lives especially after finding out we were expecting and decided to start actively looking. Joyce walked us through step by step getting us started. She was so flexible with her schedule to fit ours and showed us homes anytime of the day, sometimes 2-3 houses a day! After two months of searching in this tough market we settled on a house in June!
We were looking at a house one day and decided that it was not for us pretty quickly and asked Joyce about another house she sent us a few days ago we were interested in. She told us offers were due for that house in thirty minutes. My husband and I were disappointed with that news... But she still called the seller's realtor for the house and asked if there was any chance that we could put in an offer. The realtor said they will accept offers for the next hour. So my wife and I quickly drove over to look at the house from the outside and decided we were going to put an offer on. Three hours later Joyce called us and told us our offer was accepted! We were so excited and relieved we found a home! She made this process fun and enjoyable.
Joyce easily could have said that it was too late to put offers on but she called the realtors, drove to the house with us, and quickly made an offer for us all in an hour. If she didn't go above and beyond we still may be very well looking for a house. She helped us find the home we will raise our children in. Thank you Joyce.

She was professional and helped us stay on top of our lender who made things quite difficult. From writing our purchase offer to signing the settlement papers, Joyce was there. I recently was relocating to a new area without any family around, all while purchasing my first home. Joyce was a huge help in finding me the perfect home to start my new beginnings. She was extremely responsive and available whenever I needed her no matter what time of day. She consistently sent me new homes everyday and made the process extremely easy for a first time homebuyer. Her honesty about the specific homes got me to land my dream home.
