Joyce has lived in Arizona for twenty-four years, and she is as devoted to her adopted home as any native. She raised her children right here in the Valley of the Sun, and, as an involved member of the community, has been a successful fundraiser for Ballet Arizona and Childhelp, and was active in the National Charity League and the Boys Team Charity. Originally from New York, she is a graduate of Fordham University, Pace University School of Law, and George Washington School of Law. As a member of the New York, Connecticut, and Florida bars, she was an attorney and assistant vice president at The First Boston Corporation, now Credit Suisse in New York City for many years. In addition, she is a seasoned world traveler.
Representing buyers and sellers in luxury residences, Joyce has been a part of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s for, all told, seven years. She is currently on The Ashcraft Team, a group of high-producing professionals with team sales in excess of twenty-five million dollars a year. In addition, she has worked on the design, development, and interiors of over 200,000 square feet of custom spec homes in Desert Mountain, Carefree Ranch Homesteads, Mirabel and Kukio, a prestigious private club on the Big Island in Hawaii. Total spec home sales exceeded $130 million.
Joyce loves what she does and takes great pride in helping her clients sell their homes for the highest possible price, or finding her buyers fulfillment in their ideal home.
