Absolutely the best. If you consider navigating the house buy/sell market, it's best to go in with helmet, gloves and resources...or... call Joyce. Joyce not only found the right home for us but made sure we didn't pay a penny more than we had too. Joyce also insured all stake holders were on the same page and the timing was meticulous.
