Joyce O’Neill, of the Welcome Home Group at Atlantic Sotheby’s Realty based in Williamsburg, is a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Peninsula of Hampton Roads and Williamsburg. Joyce has built a solid foundation of clientele in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients first.
Passionate about assisting her clients making their homeowner dreams come true, Joyce has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. When not assisting clients, Joyce enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and 3 sons, entertaining their friends, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Joyce O’Neill of Atlantic Sotheby’s Realty on a recent transaction where she represented the buyer, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Joyce is highly professional, knowledgeable, and an outstanding advocate for her clients. Communication was clear and timely, and she kept all parties aligned throughout the process, which made for a smooth and efficient closing.
I would also like to recognize her Client Services Coordinator, Jill Lounsbery, who was equally excellent. Jill was organized, responsive, and proactive, ensuring that every detail was handled seamlessly. Together, Joyce and Jill make a strong, dependable team, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
