Joyce O’Neill, of the Welcome Home Group at Atlantic Sotheby’s Realty based in Williamsburg, is a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the Peninsula of Hampton Roads and Williamsburg. Joyce has built a solid foundation of clientele in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients first.

When not assisting clients, Joyce enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and 3 sons, entertaining their friends, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.

Joyce is fantastic! She helped us look for a house for a whole year! We came on the market at a poor time and as first time home buyers we didn’t have a lot of options but she didn’t give up. She went at our pace and made the process so smooth and easy! We had no clue what we were doing or what we needed to look for but she was always happy to answer our questions. We highly recommend her, first time home buyer or 50th, she’s got you!

Joyce was just fantastic on our home search. She took the time to explain all the paperwork involved in advance, so we would be prepared to make an offer quickly and we would understand our options. She often shared her expertise on the market when we would otherwise get discouraged. At one point I explained to her one of my desires in a home, but she already knew it just by actively listening to our conversations with her. She also kept in close contact with any new listings and was always available to view homes at our convenience, and despite the poor weather conditions of January and February, she responded quickly and graciously to our requests to view properties. In a very difficult market and season, she gave us peace of mind and helped us find the perfect home. I would highly recommend her!
