We have worked with Joyce for several home purchases and sales over the last 10 years. She recently(September 2021) sold our house in Haymarket, VA in just two days for well over our asking price. She helped us with the sale of my parent’s house, the sale of my father-in-law’s house and the purchase of an investment property. Joyce also helped with my daughter’s first home purchase in Fairfax, VA. In addition, when our second daughter was relocating to Charlotte, NC, Joyce researched agents that she thought would be a good fit for my daughter and put us in touch with an agent to help her find her home away from home.

Joyce is the ideal realtor — market-knowledge savvy, honest, detail oriented, always available, and personable. Obviously, she deals with many clients simultaneously , yet, we always feel as if she is our private realtor. Our family, and extended family, have used Joyce in many home sales and purchases. Joyce is a very experienced realtor, extremely responsive, and has a great eye for details. She was super helpful throughout the entire process and we never felt pushed to go in a certain direction. Joyce recently helped me and my husband with the sale of our home, and the purchase of a new home. She was wonderful! In one of the toughest housing markets in decades, she patiently worked with us until we found the perfect place for our family. Joyce is the best! I purchased my first home in early 2021 with Joyce. She was available to answer all the questions I had as a first time home buyer. I was searching for places all over Northern Virginia, and each place we toured, Joyce was very knowledgeable about the area. She was available and flexible to schedule tours based on my schedule. Joyce was amazing to work with. This was our first time buying, so we had no idea where to start. Joyce was so helpful, patient and responsive. As soon as we decided we wanted to put an offer on a house, Joyce jumped into action and helped us put in the best offer we could very quickly. She will definitely fight for you to get the house you want. She was extremely responsive and quick to set up appointments for homes we wanted to view, even with the barriers due to COVID. We now have the house of our dreams and we couldn't have done it without Joyce!
