After many years in IT - I started out as a Cobol programmer back in the day - ending up a Six Sigma Blackbelt and Project manager with Honeywell Aerospace - when we chose to land back in Austin it was time to do something different. My goal was to be able to get involved in the Austin community, meet friends, and make a difference. Being all about the customer to me means thinking first and foremost about their needs. What is the best area - best price - and best home for their budget and lifestyle? I focus on the schooling needs along with commutes and get a thrill when it all comes together.
I've worked as a relo resource to a Austin high tech firms which has given me the opportunity to research and become familiar with all areas of town. Additionally, my family has owned lake property in a waterfront Lake Travis community for many years - so I am familiar with all the pocket neighborhoods around the south shores of Lake Travis.
I've been in real estate here in Austin for 9 years. I am a certified negotiation expert, certified residential specialist and internet pro. I work all over Austin - but live and office in the Lakeway area.
