Joyce Sterling currently serves as a Commercial Broker for Cypressbrook Company, where she is responsible for generating new opportunities in the land, office and industrial areas in leasing and sales. She has extensive knowledge in working with builders to obtain land and/or lots and has successfully worked with National Builders and Developers in residential lot acquisitions. Joyce is also highly knowledgeable in the Senior Living market and understands the unique drivers and how it impacts her client's purchasing decisions when acquiring land sites. Joyce has robust knowledge of market rates, trends, and costs associated with office, industrial, and land transactions. She has broad experience representing both tenants and landlords across the office, industrial, and land markets. Keeping a pulse on the community from brokers to tenants to personal networks.
