Joyce really went above and beyond for us as we attempted to buy our house for the first time.She was quick to answer our questions and kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process, we learned so much about real estate! Joyce is professional, friendly and down-to-earth. One of her strongest attributes is her ability to build a relationship based on trust and reliability. She was also a great guide on pricing, how to phrase our offer, and how to counter. For all of these reasons, we think Joyce is an exceptional realtor. We highly recommend her and will not hesitate to hire her as our realtor again.

Joyce has been one of the most patient, attentive, and caring professionals I have ever worked with. When I purchased my first home, she was the realtor of the seller and I was so impressed by the job she did that I first recommended her to a friend who bought her fist home with Joyce, then I hired her when it came time to sell my home. She then tirelessly went with me to look at DOZENS of houses as I tried to navigate buying during the pandemic, when prices went sky high and cash was king. She was always quick to respond, jumped on making appointments for walk-throughs when open houses were not an option, and made herself available when it was convenient for me or immediately found an associate to cover for her if she had another engagement. Above and beyond is what she does for her clients and I appreciate her so much for it.
