We have known Terry & Joyce for at least 4 years and we have had them list our 1st home which sold in about 2 weeks. Our 2nd home we listed and sold in about 1.5 months so that was also excellent If anyone wants to sell or buy a home in the Merrill Ranch area, I am not sure why you wouldn't use them as your agents as they know the area very very well as they live there and are very knowledgeable. Both sales went thru without any problems.I think you'd just be wasting your time if you use the services of anyone but Team Terry & Joyce for your home buying or selling experience.

04/22/2014 - Holly Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Florence, AZ. Joyce listed our home when we decided to move out of state. She provided tips for prepping our home, provided comps of the area and we were able to agree on an effective price. We had our first offer within a week or so regrettably, it fell through, but a second buyer was not far behind. There were delays on the purchasers end that meant we would be out of state when the transaction closed, but through the hiccups, Joyce was able to easily walk us through all that needed to be done. We went from listing to close within 4 months, receiving our full asking price, which was on the high end of the available inventory in our area. I appreciated she was competitive but reasonable. We didn't want to price low just to sell quickly, but didn't want to price ourselves out of the market delaying a sale. Her knowledge helped us price right for the area. Joyce and her team work in tandem with the client. It was great to know we had a handful of people working for us behind the scenes. A great group to have on your team, regardless if your side of the fence is buying or selling :)

I sold my house in 2012 and Joyce was able to complete the sale without any problems or issues. Shortly after selling my house, she helped me find a new rental that was both close by and very affordable. Most recently my management company was attempting to raise my rent as my lease expired and Joyce helped me dispute the rent increase. Joyce assisted me in my research of area homes that were comparable to mine and the amount my management company wanted to increase my rent too was not indicative of the housing market in area. With her assistance, my rent was only increased very little and remained a manageable amount for me to pay.... I highly recommend Joyce for ALL of your real estate needs!!!
