I found a home under construction that I liked that had Joyce Thompson as listing realtor for the builder. I called her and she answered immediately. She took me to the several locations of that particular model I was interested in. We looked at that model under construction and completed ones. Every question that I had for her about the construction and the purchasing of the home was answered promptly and let me emphasize promptly. I can honestly say I don't believe I ever had to leave a message for her via voicemail. I also never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a return reply of a text sent to her. She also went the extra mile to get special request I had from the builder that I wanted for upgrades. Just to describe what kind of person she is at closing she gave me gifts for my new home one of them was a mailbox that I was going to pick up right after closing. It is rare that you will find people like Joyce who go the extra mile. I should add that she was the selling agent for the contractor, but she treated me as my personal buyers agent. I will say if you're looking for a new or used home I hope you find a realtor as good as Joyce Thompson.

She was very responsive, helped in every aspect of the transaction and was able to get my sellers into a home before our closing date which, in turn, relieved a lot of stress off of my shoulders, as well as, my lovely sellers. Joyce is the most diligent realtor. One late Saturday afternoon we called Joyce inquiring about one of her listings. We were sitting in the driveway of that listing and impressively, she dropped everything she was doing and met us within 20 minutes. Her warm and inviting persona embraces you and leaves you so comfortable that you want her to be your next best friend! Joyce was not only thorough with all of the required documentation, but supported us all the way. From the moment we connected with Joyce we created a bond that goes beyond agent and buyer. We layed out our plans & details of what we were looking for with her. Coming from another state, she made it easy to be able to coordinate and plan viewings when we were in town. She was very helpful in the looking process by sending emails of potential properties. SHe also stirred us away from areas we were not familiar with that were bad areas to live in. That was a big help in learning where we should be looking. Working with Joyce was such an easy and inviting experience for me, my fiance and his mom. She was always willing to meet us no matter the time of day or evening. Due to our work schedules it was pretty hectic but she worked with us. She kept in mind what we were looking for and things that we liked about each property that we looked at. She was determined to help us find out forever home and after a couple of weeks of searching she was able to do just that.
