And she continues to be recognized for her professionalism, real estate knowledge, negotiating skills, sales production, information sharing, and genuine collaboration with her appreciative clients and peers.

Real Estate marketing and sales has been Joyce’s fulltime passion and career for over 30 years. Four of those years were spent in Relocation where she oversaw several major corporation’s real estate / relocation needs for their employees and new hires; assisting in selection of realtors for home sale marketing and home purchase, facilitation of buyouts and amended value packages, throughout the United States. The remainder of those years has been a joy in assisting numerous clients with their home sale and home buying needs.
