Joyce Williams-Scott started her career in the Television Industry as a production assistant at WTTG-TV, Channel 5, on the renowned show "America's Most Wanted." and she worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Her dedication and skills led to her promotion as Assistant Director for Fox - Channel 29 WTXF Nightly News in Philadelphia, PA. Following her successful stint in the television industry, Joyce transitioned to the healthcare insurance industry with Independence Blue Cross. In her role as a liaison between participating physicians and the healthcare company. Her deep knowledge and experience allowed her to provide education, training, and manage physician contracts, contributing to the development of an effective physician network. During her career journey, Joyce moved into the senior living industry space. As Director of Sales and Marketing and Personal Care Home Administrator for two senior living communities, she faced the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to her leadership, dedication, and focus on safety, she successfully ensured the well-being and protection of the residents, preventing any loss of life due to the virus. Outside of her professional pursuits, Joyce is dedicated to her family, friends, and her church ministry. She has served as the Director of the Multimedia Ministry in two churches, demonstrating her compassion for helping others and providing support. Joyce has over 30 years of marriage and has one adult daughter. Joyce's diverse experience, extensive knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, and her commitment to education and empowerment have made her a remarkable individual. Joyce is also a licensed Real Estate professional. Having graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Baccalaureate degree in Telecommunication/Broadcast Cable and earning an MBA degree in Technology Management from The University of Phoenix, she possesses the educational foundation to complement her professional achievements.
