Joye Steele

Joye truly understands how it feels to be the client. Relocating to many cities and states with her husband created her desire to help others with their real estate needs. Deciding to plant herself in Asheville, Joye has a deep appreciation for the awesome land that makes up Western North Carolina and the exceptional quality of life here. The passion she has for the area, along with a love of houses and architecture, is evident in how she assists clients in marketing their homes or searching for new homes or property. Along with her knowledge of the market, Joye believes in providing her clients with the highest degree of integrity, understanding and trust. An avid photographer, fanatical gardener, and yoga enthusiast, Joye volunteers for the Botanical Gardens of Asheville, Children’s Welfare League, and is a member of the French Broad River Garden Club. She is also on the board of directors for the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS®.
