Best real estate team there is. Joymarie and Cory helped us sell our home quickly and with as little stress as possible. They provide a real "ALL INCLUSIVE" experience taking care of all the details and more. They have launched a very effective social media campaign and made sure everyone knew the house is on the market. They have been extremely responsive and when hiccups happened they always had a quick solution. They have an army of trusted contractors standing by whether you need to clean the carpet, stage your home or fix the AC, last minute. Their advice is based on long experience in the area but they don't stop at that, as they meticulously research the market to fit each client with tailored solution and strategy. Joymarie and Cory were the absolute best team we could ask for in our sad situation. We didn't want to move, but we didn't want to be surrounded by stacked townhomes if we stayed. They completely understood that moving after near 40 years is difficult at best. Looking for homes in such a turbulent market only compounded the frustration. They remained patient when we weren't.
We finally found a completely different home that checked all the boxes.
They were instrumental in walking us through every step of the way through settlement and then some.
Not to mention, they know a 'guy or gal' for anything/everything you need/want for every project.

I worked briefly with Maria Hyland on presenting an offer for purchase. I work exclusively within Seller's Agency and therefore did not sign on as a contracted Buyer. I would say in the brief time I worked with Maria, she was professional, courteous and highly responsive. Alas, the sale did not happen because my offer, along with everyone else's, was shopped to match/escalate by Seller's agent and was not a typical "leave your highest/best" scenario. Over the last 3 years, my husband and I faced a lot of setbacks in our home buying process. Lots of not-so-awesome experiences with various agents, lenders and then pandemic which was a total financial nightmare being a self-employed husband wife team in the event industry. In spring 2022, we were finally able to start making serious moves toward purchasing our first home. Time was of the essence for us as we are also expecting our first baby this summer and currently live in a small 1 bedroom loft in the city! We reached out to JMC Sales Team in early March after receiving a glowing review from a neighbor who had success purchasing his first home with this team.

My husband and I were SO intimidated by this market with home prices soaring, aggressive competition and low inventory. We were mentally preparing to be in this for months or even years. However, when we had our first call with Joymarie and Cory we were filled with SO much confidence. They gave us more time, attention and information in our first meeting than we had received from anyone else we had tried to use through this process. They also pointed us in the direction of a fantastic lender they work closely with who played an integral role in our success. That same week we were off to the races visiting homes....they were highly communicable, moved quickly, answered texts all hours of the day and also somehow also managed to make us feel like we were their one and only client.

After just 10 days of searching, we found a home we LOVED. At first, we even considered cancelling our showing on this home thinking it would be totally out of reach for us but we decided to go see it anyways. JMC and Foxtrot Mortgage helped us break some glass ceilings we had set for ourselves as they reassured us this was a home we could definitely compete for and we ended up putting in an offer on the house. A few days later we got a call from JM and Cory letting us know our offer WON!! What we didn't see was all the behind the scenes work this team did for us keeping in touch with the sellers realtor and advocating for us all weekend...they truly went SO far above and beyond any expectations!!

Everyone tries to shake you down saying that the home buying process is such a pain and a total drag. What I have come to realize is the team you use is EVERYTHING! Not only did we have an incredibly smooth, stress-free process, but it was actually FUN. This team is so dang personable, real and human! We feel like we not only found realtors we'll use for life, but we also made some pretty cool friends in the process. :)

Me, my husband and baby Emmy are so beyond grateful for the JMC Team!! Thank you guys for being a part of this very important time in our lives and for everything you did to help us be successful in our home buying process! My partner and I just purchased our first home with the help of Joymarie, Cory, and their team. We walked in with minimal experience of the home buying process and were doubtful that we could be successful in this hot market. Well, this market is no match for the JMC team. They know this business inside-and-out. They educated us through the entire process without ever making us feel overwhelmed. There's no better team to trust, especially in this current real estate boom.

We were such rookies, we didn't even know how to clearly describe the type of house we were looking for. Joymarie & Cory were able to parse through our words & help guide us to exactly what we wanted. Any homes we chose to go see were always a bust, but one day Cory sent us a house that was coming up for sale, with no photos yet, and suggested we go see it. When they came over for our 1st meeting they walked through our house and gave us suggestions on how to declutter our home, to prepare for the sale. They came back in 2 weeks with a photographer who took beautiful pictures, along with using a drone for aerial views. This was the first home I have sold and all I knew was that it could be a complicated process. This was an emotional time for me. This house had belonged to my sister who had recently passed away. I needed someone to help me through this process that I could count on. Joymarie and her JMC Team came highly recommended and after meeting Joymarie, I knew I was in good hands. This is what I needed. She listens , is very knowledgeable, well prepared, effective and highly motivated to get the job done..
At our first meeting, we did a thorough walk through of the property. Joymarie presented her market analysis of comparable homes in my area and we were ready to go. One of my requirements was I needed to sell the property quickly and she wasted no time. Joymarie laid out a detailed description of the entire process from determining a price to the final settlement.
Throughout this entire process I felt like I was special. Joymarie was always there, always available with a quick response. Joymarie and her JMC Team have a hands on approach that supported me every step of the way making sure all the bases were covered. When I needed help with the resale certificate, Joymarie jumped in and worked with the Township handling the contractor inspections. We had a Sales Contract within a week at asking price and Settlement a month later. I was unable to be at the close, so Joymarie worked through the process to make it happen.
Unrelated to the sale of the house, my sister had two older greyhounds that I needed to find a special home. I was unsuccessful with my search and was not sure what to do. I had mentioned this to Joymarie during our initial meeting. Joymarie discussed this with her JMC Team and Cory had a solid contact that said they could definitely help. Cory set me up with the contact and homes were found. Big relief!

Where this team really shines is in the area around personal connection and tireless support of their clients. The home we sold is over 100 years old and needed an entire electrical overhaul.
